If we can trust the judgment of our guests who had Sister Aurelia's orange marmalade for breakfast, they will never forget its delicious taste. Very few of them, however, will be able to imagine how long it has taken to produce it, starting with collecting the fruit from the trees, washing, peeling and chopping them, and finally cooking them for a long time. But its wonderful smell and the view of the result will make everybody's mouth water. And success needs an effort and has it price, according to the statement of a Greek philosopher!
