March 20, 2025, will remain in our memories at St. Charles as a very special day: Father Abbot Nicodemus of the Benedictines consecrated the new Altar for the small chapel of our new cloister. As part of a small, solemn procession, he brought the Blessed Sacrament to the beautifully designed tabernacle in the shape of an angel. Only a few friends closely connected to our community participated in this ceremony alongside us sisters. In our intercessions, we invoked the Grace of the Holy Spirit for all those praying in this sacred space and implored lasting peace for our world, which is still ravaged by war in many places.
