It's done - THANK GOD!
With this heartfelt sigh of relief, but also with deep feelings of gratitude towards all those who supported us in the lengthy project of renewing our heating system, we celebrated its inauguration in a cheerful atmosphere on September 23, 2024. Among our guests of honor, it was a particular pleasure for us to welcome Ambassador Steffen Seibert of the German Embassy and Abbot Father Nikodemus of the Benedictines, who consecrated the system.
In addition to the Federal Republic of Germany as a financial sponsor of this costly undertaking, we felt particularly indebted to a number of highly qualified specialists for their advice and implementation. May the blessing that Father Abbot gave to the system accompany it in the coming years and may it serve the well-being of all those we welcome to St. Charles!
